The candidate will work as an integral part of the design team to develop, test, deploy, install, maintain and sustain payloads for the Department of Defense. Technology employed will include infrared/thermal imaging systems, EO sensors, laser rangefinders, digital control systems, microcontrollers, and custom PCB designs.

Logos Technologies seeks an experienced engineer or IT professional to serve as Forward Service Representative (FSR) on a rapid-reaction sensor fielding.  FSRs support numerous sites’ equipment, sensor and exploitation/processing hardware.  FSRs will interface frequently with the operations teams and customer organizations, working with battlefield commanders to best configure assets and maintain systems.  In addition, FSRs will work on a nearly daily basis with the CONUS-based development and operations team, discussing topics from troubleshooting failed subsystems to recommending and developing system hardening plans and architecture.  This position is considered a Virginia-based position until deployment OCONUS.

Logos Technologies, LLC (Logos) is searching for Software Engineer Image Scientist to develop and implement video/image processing algorithms and processing methodologies for airborne remote sensing systems. A successful candidate will have a strong background in graphical processing units (GPU) programming, computer vision, and image geometry.   The candidate will report to a program manager to develop and engineer unique hardware and software for specific airborne platforms. In addition, the Software Engineer will participate as, and interact with, remote sensing algorithm subject matter experts to translate mathematics and physics based algorithms into architectures and designs for parallel processing. Our motivated team develops the very latest persistent surveillance systems and solves many client problems associated with: detection, tracking and classification of moving targets in video; management and delivery of massive quantities of Full Motion Video; and extracting and quantifying the information contained in video.  The ideal candidate will have a background in computer hardware, software development and airborne sensors or ISR.

Logos Technologies, LLC (Logos) is searching for a motivated Electronics Engineer to develop high performance embedded computing (HPEC) architectures for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAS).  As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will work with electrical and software engineers, as well as image scientists to design and implement FPGA based processing architectures for Wide Area Persistent Surveillance (WAPS) imagery and remote sensing applications.  These processing architectures are designed to solve client problems associated with detection, tracking and classification of moving targets within WAPS imagery as well as the management and delivery of associated massive quantities of Full Motion Video over airborne and ground networks.
