We have an immediate need for an IT Helpdesk Technician for our corporate headquarters.
The Helpdesk Technician’s role is to ensure proper computer operation so that end users can accomplish business tasks. This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving end user help requests. The responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: procuring, deploying, and maintaining computer equipment, triaging incoming helpdesk requests, resolving issues, and providing resources to end-users.
