Logos Technologies LLC is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to join our skilled and experienced financial organization located in Fairfax, VA, walking distance from the Dunn Loring Metro Station.  The Company seeks a hands-on, entrepreneurial professional to lead the Company’s contracting and compliance efforts.  This includes full life cycle management from proposal development through negotiation, award, administration and closeout.  Competitive candidates will have experience performing in a demanding and dynamic environment with a strong customer-centric focus.  The position reports directly to the Vice President of Finance and is available immediately.  Compensation is highly competitive and based on qualifications



  • Perform and manage “cradle to grave” contracting functions to include T&M, FFP, CR, IDIQ and GSA schedule contracts – with the US government, commercial, and international customers
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of FAR/DFAR and agency specific procurement regulations
  • Interpret solicitations (RFP, RFQ, BAA) and prepare cost proposals, to include pricing and narrative sections
  • Create and/or review contractual documents to ensure adherence to federal law/regulations, client requirements, and company policies
  • Negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and modifications thereto
  • Draft, negotiate, and execute non-disclosure agreements and teaming agreements
  • Manage other Corporate agreements such as leases, independent contractor/ 1099 arrangements, procurement and other contractual matters
  • Oversee Company compliance with Government Property, Purchasing, Subcontracting and Receiving policies and procedures
  • Provide DCMA, DCCA and other agency audit support as required
  • Establish and maintain excellent relations with external customers and internally with business development, finance, program management, and technical personnel to shape and interpret contractual requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree and government contracting certification (NCMA or academic certification)
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in federal government contracting; defense sector highly preferred
  • Expert knowledge of the FAR/DFARS and government contract cost accounting principles
  • Familiarity with advanced issues in government contracting, such as intellectual property, conflicts of interest, export control, dispute resolution, etc.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to independently negotiate terms and conditions, scope, and price of contracts and subcontracts
  • Ability to navigate within a matrix organization on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Prior successful experience with international product and service contracts, including warranty, software licensing and related support
  • Current, or ability to obtain, DOD/IC secret (or higher) security clearance required

  • Travel requirements are minimal – may include occasional international travel
  • ITAR / EAR knowledge and experience a significant plus
